Meet at Jansel Square car park, Bedgrove (HP21 7ES) at 6.30pm or you can meet us on the tarmac path to the west of Spindle Green Park at about 6.40pm, already warmed up.

The run is intervals based (sections of running with rests between) and will be flat on pavements/tarmac footpaths.

Workout - 10 min warm up, up to 10 x 3 mins @ tempo pace (1 hour race pace) with 1 min recovery (how many you do and how fast you run is up to you), 10 min cool down.

In our interval workouts we use out n back loops, so faster runners go further of the way out and everyone comes back together on the way back. This helps keep everyone together and creates an inclusive atmosphere of everyone working as one group.
