Training Details
Meet at Wedgewood Street car park, Fairford Leys (HP19 7HL) at 6.30pm.
We have three runs groups. Faster runners are welcome and can loop back to the main group for a longer run.
The Red group is suitable for those on the Couch to 5k course (Club led run)
The Yellow group is about 5m/8km in about 50 mins (Social - member led run)
The Green group is about 6m/10km in about 55 mins (Social - member led run)
