Training Details
Meet at Jansel Square car park, Bedgrove (HP21 7ES) at 6.30pm.
We have three runs groups of between 3m/5km in about 40 mins and 6m/10km in 55 minutes. Faster runners are welcome and can loop back to the main group for a longer run.
The Orange group is about 3m/5km in about 40 mins
The Yellow group is about 5m/8km in about 50 mins
The Green group is about 6m/10km in about 55 mins
