Training Details
Social - member led run. Meet in Great Missenden at the Buryfield car park, Link Road (HP16 9AE) at 6.30pm.
This is an off road group run with two groups ranging between about 8km/5m (60 mins) and 10km/6m (70 mins). There will also be a walk of about 3 to 4 miles. Kelvin, Nicky and Lynn leading.
There may be mud, hills and more, please wear shoes suitable for off road running.
