Training Details
Social - member led run. Meet at the Forge Car Park in Tring (HP23 5AG) at 6.30pm.
Parking is free after 6pm.
You will need a head torch as it will be dark for some or all of the run.
This is an off road group run with two groups ranging between about 8km/5m (60 mins) and 10km/6m (70 mins). Maria and Nicky leading.
There may be mud, hills and more, please wear shoes suitable for off road running.
