Training Details
Meet at the Forge Car Park in Tring (HP23 5AG) at 6.30pm.
Parking is free after 6pm.
This is an off road group run with two groups of about 10km/6m (70 mins) and 7-8km/4.5-5m (60 mins).
It will be dark, so please bring a head torch. The club has a couple of spares, so please get in touch in advance if you'd like to borrow one.
There may be mud, hills and more, please wear shoes suitable for off road running.
