Training Details
Meet at the car park behind the Coop store in Wedgewood Street, Fairford HP19 7HL at 6.30pm.
We have three or four groups of continuous running. Faster runners are welcome and can loop back to the main group for a longer run.
Red group is about 3m/5km in about 40 mins (Club led run) (suitable for those doing Couch to 5k)
Orange group is about 4m/6km in about 45 mins (Social member led run)
Yellow group is about 5m/8km in about 50 mins (Social member led run)
Green group is about 6m/10km in about 55 mins (Social member led run)
