Training Details
Meet in car park at Kingsbrook View Academy at 6.30pm. HP22 7EE
We have three groups of continuous running. Faster runners are welcome and can loop back to the main group for a longer run.
The Orange group is about 3m/5km in about 40 to 45 mins (Club led run)
The Yellow group is about 5m/8km in about 50 mins (Social - member led run)
The Green group is about 6m/10km in about 55 mins (Social - member led run)
