Meet in the Aylesbury prison car park, entrance furthest from the prison (HP20 1EH)
We have three groups of continuous running. Faster runners are welcome and can loop back to the main group for a longer run.
Orange group is about 4m/6km in about 45 mins (Club led run)
Yellow group is about 5m/8km in about 50 mins (Social member led run)
Green group is about 6m/10km in about 55 mins (Social member led run)
This run is on pavements or tarmac footpaths.
