Training Details

Club led run. The run is intervals based (sections of running with rests between) and will be flat on tarmac paths.

Meet at Watermead car park (HP19 0FX) at 7pm

Warm up

Option 1 - 30 mins continuous progression run, with pace increase every 6 mins
Option 2 - 5 x 5 mins progression intervals (1 min recovery)
Option 3 (5km Taper) - 2 x 5 mins @ HM pace (1 min rec), 2 x 3 mins @ 10k (2 min), 2 x 90s @ 5km (2 min)
Option 4 (Marathon Taper) - 2 x 5 mins @ Marathon Pace (1 min rec), 5 x 2 mins quicker (90s)
