Training Details

Club led run. The run is intervals based (sections of running with rests between) and will be flat and hilly on grass and hard packed gravel paths.

Meet at Jansel Sq car park, Bedgrove (HP21 7ES) at 7pm or you can meet us by the rocks at the southern end of Bedgrove Park at about 7.05pm (w3w tops.quiz.then).

Warm up - taken by Phil and filmed for his run leader qualification

2 sets of:
5 mins / 4 mins / 3 mins / 2 mins / 1 min with a 90s recovery throughout and 3 mins between sets
Aiming to run quicker as the reps get shorter
