Training Details

Club led run. The run is intervals based (sections of running with rests between) and will be flat and hilly on tarmac paths.

Meet at Jansel Sq car park, Bedgrove (HP21 7ES) at 7pm or you can meet us on the path west of Spindle Green Park (wooden owl end) at 7.10pm, already warmed up.

Warm up

2 sets of:
8 mins @ tempo/steady pace
2 mins recovery
4 x 300m, 350m or 400m @ 5km pace with 1 min recovery
3 mins rest between sets
