Training Details
Club led run. The run is intervals based (sections of running with rests between) and will be flat on tarmac paths.
Meet at the outside the front of Buckingham Park Community Centre (HP19 9DZ) at 7pm.
Warm up
Option 1 - 30 mins continuous progression run, with pace increase every 6 mins
Option 2 - 5 x 5 mins progression intervals (1 min recovery)
Option 3 (Taper) - 12 mins easy to steady + 5 x 2 mins @ threshold effort (1hr race effort) with 1 min recovery
