Training Details
Club led run. The run is intervals based (sections of running with rests between) and will be flat on tarmac paths.
Meet at the outside the front of Buckingham Park Community Centre (HP19 9DZ) at 7pm.
Warm up
1 x 1.5km, 2km, 2.5km or 3km @ tempo / steady pace (3 mins recovery) followed by
2 to 4 x 400m @ 10km pace with 200m jog recovery followed by
2 x 600m @ 5k pace with 90s static recovery
