Training Details

Club led run. The run is intervals based (sections of running with rests between) and will be flat and hilly on tarmac paths.

Meet at the outside the front of Buckingham Park Community Centre (HP19 9DZ) at 7pm

Warm up

Fartlek Pairs Relay - One run runs, while the other rests
R1 600m flat, R2 600m flat, R1 200m hill*, R2 200m hill*, R1 400m flat, R2 400m flat, R1 400m hill*, R2 400m hill*, R1 200m flat, R2 200m flat
Both rest 1 minute and repeat for 40 mins
* for those with races this week or an returning from injury affected by hills, miss the hills and do an extra flat rep of the same distance
