Training Details
Club led run. The run is intervals based (sections of running with rests between) and will be flat on tarmac paths.
Meet at the outside the front of Buckingham Park Community Centre (HP19 9DZ) at 7pm.
Warm up
Option 1 - 3km TT @ 5km effort + 1 x 5 mins, 1 x 3 mins, 2 x 1 min (90s recovery)
Option 2 - 2 x 3km @ tempo/steady effort (3-4 mins recovery)
Option 3 (Marathon Taper) - 3km @ Marathon Pace + 3 x 2 mins quicker (90s recovery)
