Training Details
Club led run. Meet in the car park outside Kingsbrook View Primary Academy (HP22 7EE) at 6.30pm. (Intervals at a pace to suit you)
The run will be on flat tarmac.
10 min warm up
Progression run - 30 mins continuous running starting at an easy pace, with pace increases every 6 minutes
or 5 x 5 mins with 1 min recovery, starting at an easy pace and increasing the pace each rep
10 min cool down
In our interval workouts we use out n backs or small loops. This lets people run at their own pace, while still keeping everyone close together and creates an inclusive atmosphere of everyone working as one group.
