.
*******UPDATE********
PARKING IS AT AYLESBURY VALE ACADEMY SCHOOL CAR PARK HP18 0PS 7PM For those who set a time on our Greenway reversal run a couple of months ago, here's your chance to improve. Last time we parked at AVA and jogged to the start. (Under the bridge, by the Parkway train station, near Lucas world of Furniture and Miller and Carter.) We are awaiting confirmation from Lisa Horn Ripley that we will be able to do so again. So please watch this space! Worst case we will park at Lucas World of Furniture. I will start you all off around 7.15pm.
If you've not been before, this is all done at your own pace/level. It's not a race!
You run out comfortably for 20 mins, roughly at 5/10 for effort. When you reach 20 mins you turn around and pick up the pace all the way back to where you started! It's a good way of warming up, then finishing strong.
This is suitable for all levels!
