Training Details

Meet at Jansel Square car park, Bedgrove (HP21 7ES) at 7pm or you can meet us at the Creswick Meadow slip road at the junction of Wendover Road/Camborne Avenue at about 7.10pm, already warmed up.

The run is intervals based (sections of running with rests between) and will be flat on tarmac paths.

Workout - 10 min warm up, 5km @ your pace (good chance to practice race pace if you've got an upcoming race, but could be 5k, 10k, HM, threshold or easy pace, the choice is your's) followed by up to 8 x 1 min @ 5k pace (1 min recovery), 10 min cool down. 

In our interval workouts we use out n backs or small loops. This lets people run at their own pace, while still keeping everyone close together and creates an inclusive atmosphere of everyone working as one group.
