Training Details
Meet at Jansel Square car park, Bedgrove (HP21 7ES) at 7pm or you can meet us at the slip roads at the Wendover Road / Camborne Avenue junction by the white gate at about 7.10pm, already warmed up.
The run is intervals based (sections of running with rests between) and will be flat on tarmac paths.
10 min warm up
Option 1 - 12, 8, 6, 3, 2, 1 min efforts with 2 mins recovery
Option 2 - 2x5mins (2mins recovery), 4x3min (90s), 5x1min (1min)
Both options aiming to run quicker as the efforts get shorter
10 min cool down
In our interval workouts we use out n backs or small loops. This lets people run at their own pace, while still keeping everyone close together and creates an inclusive atmosphere of everyone working as one group.
