Warm up: Easy run to the bottom of the bridge at Church Hill Avenue (usual meeting point).
Main session: From the bottom of the bridge on Church Hill Avenue you run up and over the bridge then turn first left along Wellington Road and run along the road before retracing your route (there will be markers where to turn). This is all done at an effort and then you take active recovery on the same route (no static recovery on this session). The options are 8 min effort with 4 min active recovery, 6 min effort with 3 min active recovery or 4 min effort with 2 min recovery.
Cool down: Easy run back to the Rivets.
