Training Details
Meet at the Aston Clinton Park car park (HP22 5HL) at 6.30pm.
This is an off road group run with two groups of about 10km/6m (70 mins) and 6-7km/4-4.5m (50-60 mins).
There may be mud, hills and more, please wear shoes suitable for off road running.
