Meet in the car park outside Kingsbrook View Primary Academy (HP22 7EE) at 6.30pm.
As it's the last Monday of the month we will be combining all groups together into one session and doing a timed 5k. This doesn't have to be at a fast pace, your run, your rules! This is your chance to set a benchmark to improve on in 8 weeks if you want to.
