This is 3rd of 3 FREE sessions.
Every three Mondays we will be visiting a new area of the town doing some running sessions. If you fancy joining us to see how lovely we all are, feel free. Just turn up! These sessions are suitable for all who can jog for at least 5 mins non stop (doesn't have to be fast!) all the way up to Mo Farah! You set your own effort pace during the session.
Lynn Garricks will be leading an alternative run tonight which is an effort session starting from Location to be Confirmed.
Normal sessions will still be at Rivets...
